What does the methodology look like?
The product of the RageLabPlus project consists of an experimental laboratory and a structured handbook for educators and counsellors.
This methodology will enable clear orientation, excellent monitoring, consistent reflection and practical transfer to everyday life.
RageLab – the interactive laboratory of prevention against aggressive behaviour consists of three key parts:
- VIRTUAL PHASE: The participants will try different variants of their behaviour and emotions in a virtual environment.
- PHYSICAL PHASE: This phase includes behaviour, real physical activity with real people in a gym. The data from neuro-feedback will make it possible to make comparisons with the results of the virtual phase.
- REALISTIC PHASE: This phase is focused on putting the knowledge from the virtual and physical phases into practice in real life. The participants will select useful knowledge from the preceding phases and suggest a way to transfer them to reality. This phase includes real testing using the life action role play (LARP) method.
